What is certified fitness practitioner course?
Certified Fitness Practitioner is a basic course meant for aspiring fitness professionals who are keen to kick-start their career in the fitness industry.
The course has national NSDC (National Skill Development Corporation), SPEFL-SC (Sports, Physical Education, Fitness and Leisure Skills Council) and international EREPS (European Register of Exercise Professionals) affiliations.

Basics of anatomy, physiology the role of macro nutrients pre, during & post-workout, understanding the concept of program design & special emphasis on practical training.
Certification:
